Had a job at the D.C.Courthouse this morning at 500 Indiana NW. 15 minute ride form my house in Arlington going in. By 1:00pm on the way out all roads surrounding the White House and the Mall were being blocked off. Instead of a Left, Right, Left to hit 15th St and over the Potomac I hit 4 closures and reroutes to hit the 14th St Bridge. At one stop an Emergency Management vehicle was stopped . I looked at the driver and made a WTF gesture. His reply was an emphatic Shake of his head and a “fucking bullshit” that I dined to be a lip reader to understand. This whole Emergency Lockdown is over nothing obvious. Whether it’s a plan for something else I don’t know but not to secure the Capitol from us.
