Major parts of it does, I agree that downtown/midtown looks fantastic now although 90% of the city will never improve. Look at a map with a satellite view near the Gratiot/Van Dyke area and you'll see what I mean. BTW, the Kwame Krew got a million-dollar contract to run ballot counting at TCF. You know how that went, it's far from red down there.
