That's the point. Joe himself will be ousted by the 25th in short order.
Biden is just going to make sure any investigations into him and his family go away. Once that is done he can step away.

...The only sliver of good news is, they'll only have maybe a year, tops. Then they have to play nice again, or get kicked in the midterms (they might be able to cheat in lefty stronghold districts, but the 'moderate' dems who showed up in 2018 will get slaughtered, hard. They'll try to pretend to be moderate anyway, but...)
