I was merely pointing out that renters pay the tax already through the land lord so asking them to pay it again is moronic. Are you going to force the landlord to pay property tax and then have the renter get taxed again? That's some California tax math right there and sure as hell won't support it.
People who pay rent already pay property tax, they just don't think of it that way but do you think the owner is taking the tax from his own pocket?
