They were already on that list. Their popularity has been on the decline. Trump was just a shot to the arm, after that Trump bump goes away they will be more hated than ever.
I have no intention of ever voting GOP again. Not unless it's someone who's willing to admit that they supported Trump, have a history of supporting Trump, and will continue to support a Trump-like extension of the GOP or an independent Trump party.
The GOP is dead to me. I think many of us feel this way too. If they try to force a mainstream Republican candidate down our throats again for any office, I hope those people lose bigly.
The GOP's hatred of Trump drove them over the cliff toward political suicide.

Precisely.

Do you believe in Trump should be added to the do you believe in God question candidates always get asked standard.
I gotta admit. This was incredibly difficult to parse.
To help future people (and maybe me):
Good point. Trump was mostly a proxy for us.
But he also served as a locus of their hatred. Now that he's out of their sights, they're focusing on us.
It was ALWAYS about the hatred of us deplorables.
We didn't march in lockstep and vote for the "right" GOP candidate (probably ¡Jeb!).
Instead, the GOP said "remember, vote your conscience!"
So we did. We voted for Trump.
The GOP's fear of Trump drove them over the cliff toward political suicide. FTFY.
Fair!
