There're two paths forward from here:

  2. We enter a Nixon-Carter-Reagan Scenario, wherein Trump is Nixon (and maybe Reagan). We get a disaster of a presidency with Carter, followed by a president that is remember very, very fondly.

These are my two competing theories on what the future is about to look like based on history. I am edging towards the first one, though. Expect 2021 to be real shit.
