Well if Rudy is calling for Trump to declassify, then that's the end of it. Rudy must know that Trump isn't going to be in office much longer or why the urgency. But if Trump leaves office without declassifying anything and he doesn't use the IA, then that's a supreme disappointment. At the very least he should declassify.
