This is actually interesting. Looks like it’s the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico- but this candidate is sworn in knowing that the vote might change after the pending case results??? Hmmm. There is hope even after Biden in sworn in. It’s never been done before ( I don’t think) but there are still cases pending. Hopium!!
