They have no intention of doing anything that could upset their careers and make them look bad. Their normalcy bias is extreme. I have no idea. Many in the officer class are indoctrinated by the colleges they go to. Many in the enlisted class seem to be simply that easily manipulated or stupid. Maybe it's just my branch?
