A company should not be able to discriminate against an individual or group based on political and religious beliefs and values that are otherwise lawful. The argument that private companies can do whatever they want because they are private is bogus. The same logic would suggest that private companies should be able to restrict you based on sexual preference or skin color. It's just another form of discrimination, in other words.
