The little arrows on the left of the title are up and down votes. If you mean the OPs then I think you have to change the scheme in Settings use the original skin I think.
I only see one big up arrow with GEOTUS’s beautiful face on the left of any thread title. I do see up/down arrows to the left of individual posts, but not on thread titles.
Go to Settings and change the Community Styling to OFF. I think that give the up/down arrows on the main OP posts on front page. It will affect all the win sites you use though, and it is ugly ass, but it does have the up/down buttons on the main page.

LOL i accidentally discovered it when I was playing around with settings. I too was wondering why there was no downvote on main OP posts. In the end decided to leave the Community stylin on as it;s nicer but if I'm moved to seriously downvote a OP post I go do a quick change, downvote, then change it back.
No idea why the Community styling couldn't have had a downvote button. Very important at the moment with so many doomer shillboys about. ;)
