The reason they were able to cheat this time is because no one was able to pinpoint the exact and specific cheating in each of the states that caused Republicans to lose. Accusations were all over the place. We didn’t do a good enough job convincing people of the cheating. Even many Republicans weren’t convinced.
This won’t pass. Amendments require more than they have. Amendments require support from the entire congress, by design.
