HE HAS HAD TROUBLE WITH HIS UPLOAD SPEED SINCE SUNDAY EVENING. HIS ISP IS COMCAST AND YES I KNOW THEY SUCK. BUT MY POINT IS THAT COMCAST MAY KNOW WHO HE IS AND ARE PURPOSEFULLY THROTTLING HIS UPLOAD SPEED TO KEEP HIM FROM STREAMING. Woops sorry for caps guys. I am not putting anything past these left tards at this point. So if someone knows how to contact Salty directly please ask him to look into this to see if this is the case. Yes I tried his channel on Dlive but no one is paying attention. TY
