Yeah in retrospect he really only gave us time to prepare for the worst and I fear most of us got complacent thinking he'll ride his way into a second term and we could all just live our lives...

There's still time to blow your savings and 401Ks on supplies. I'd make it happen now.

Don't blow your 401k. Dumbest decision you could make. Savings, sure. Better to get a credit card you don't plan to pay back if shtf.
