Honestly I think when people broke into the Capitol building it really took the wind out of his sails as he obviously didn't want that to happen.
Which makes me think it was even more of a staged event to stop trump.
While Trump did alot of good things its obviously clear he does not have the heart or stomach for violence. Especially being blamed for it.

Trump is not that naive. He had to know that was a risk. Whether it was set up or not, he knew. He also knew the media would portray it as the darkest day in U.S. history while turning a blind eye to months of disastrous riots from Democrats. There has to be something else going on.

Well, it appears that the end result was inevitable anyway so it doesn't really matter. All it did was hasten the end of the dog and pony show they were about to trot out and I think its pretty likely that people in power there essentially spent all year long conditioning people to riot specifically so they could have this narrative.
