In all of this, President Trump gravely endangered the security of the United States and its institutions of government. He threatened the integrity of the democratic system, interfered with the peaceful transition of power, and imperiled a coordinate branch of government. He thereby betrayed his trust as President, to the manifest
injury of the people of the United States.

You defend yourself by showing the fraud. The affidavits, the witnesses, the recording of raffensperger, the CCTV. All of it. Every glorious page and frame. Because he wasn’t trying to subvert, they were. He just wanted every LEGAL vote counted and no ILLEGAL votes to count. That is upholding our Constitution, not obstructing or subverting.
As far as the “riot”, he got them on video “rioting” before and during his speech, not inciting. And all the stuff being passed through windows, the antifa arm of the DNC there, the capital police letting them in. MAGA cleaning up, MAGA preventing destruction of property, MAGA calling out Antifa. MAGA at a speech while this was going on. Police denied requests (6+) for aid by Pelosi and McConnell.
