Mentioning "Biden administration" doesn't mean there will be a next administration with biden in it. Saying "next administration" also doesn't state who will be next potus. Yes it's all word games, but If he doesn't want to give away any of his intentions then this "speech" passed it with flying colours.

Trump uses word play all the time. This is political theater so his enemies view him as weak. On a good note Pelosi hasn't shown up for 2 days after all her big talk of impeachment. If she doesn't show tomorrow for the vote I think it's safe to say she's been arrested or on the run. Stay strong!!
