Needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court. As we have already debated, the state legislatures (those in existence at the date of the election) decide which electors to send. A previous legislature cannot deprive the current legislature of their constitutional duty. It is like saying the first congress that set the tax rate at 6% can never changed by subsequent legislatures. How would Nancy or a state feel about that?
Virginia, Texas, Missouri, Minnesota, Kansas, and Florida are next to vote on this. Call your representatives if you want any hope for the Republic to survive the next 4 years.
Secession gets them closer to majority. 270, the number needed gets reduced. Texas has 38 electoral votes. They will let Texas go and declare Puerto Rico and DC a state in its place
This is a lot more likely than trying to amend the constitution but it works out to be the same.
If this is passed in 3-4 swing states, there will never be another GOP POTUS.
Definitely not constitutional but gotta have standing right? Why would any Republican state legislature agree to this?
Why did the legislators do nothing to stop the steal?

Maybe they're not trying to drive a secession movement, but if they were they'd be trying to destroy the Electoral College.
