It doesn't matter, he'll be blamed for it anyway. Maybe this is why the DNC and the media (same thing, I know) are pushing so hard for the blame game of what happened atbthe capitol. It's deflection. Up until now, the only real violent has been from the feft, so any move to a kinetic engagement would have been blamed on them. Bow there is one incident--one that's still unclear as to who did what and where--that can focus on what is now loosely referred to as the right. The DNC spokes critters are out pushing harder than I've ever seen to lay the blame on Trump and push a message of racial animus. Frankly, it's disgusting.

I think he knows exactly what needs to be done, I also think he doesn't want to make the call that will inevitable lead to many civilian deaths. It's one thing to order soldiers into battle, but something else to order civilians to go to war. If we need to rise up, we need to make the call.
