Go to a meeting or check into an IOP rehab for some help. I am about to be done with "After Care" Rehab in a month and I can tell you that there are probably multiple things affecting from outside sources. Sometimes it becomes to much to bare, but you don't want to fuck up your life for few glasses of poison.
