Stay sober. A drink will only be a temporary fix and will consume you. Dont forget we can stop being nice now. I never struggled, but it runs in the family. I quit over a year ago. I thought about drinking again, I realized I can stop being polite, they already labled us as "terrorists", they have nothing else. you will get past it.
