Most non-english speaking countries have high demand for english teachers. You can be one if you have a bachelor's degree in any subject and a very easy to get 120 hour online TEFL certificate. And NO you do NOT need to know the language of the host country to teach English as a foreign language. It would be an easy ticket out.

Wouldn't you need to be fluent in the language of that foreign country?
No. I taught english as a foreign language in Hong Kong without knowing Cantonese. It is well known in the EFL community that teaching a language most effectively involves actually not using the direct translation method.
