A court refusing to take a case or ruling on it (probably without looking at evidence) doesn't prove any affidavits false.

Good point. Don’t think they will prosecute them for a couple of reasons. They are not all trump supporters or republicans and they are a very diverse group of people. The optics would be very very bad and any attempt to prosecute these people would only expose these glaring inconsistencies and it would demonstrate that people who signed the affidavits were from both political parties as well as being independent. I doubt it because the police in Portland have never been sued successfully for not enforcing the law by not protecting business and property and lives.
