That will be my new response to NPCs that come at me with “the election was fair they proved there was no fraud”

Good point. Don’t think they will prosecute them for a couple of reasons. They are not all trump supporters or republicans and they are a very diverse group of people. The optics would be very very bad and any attempt to prosecute these people would only expose these glaring inconsistencies and it would demonstrate that people who signed the affidavits were from both political parties as well as being independent. The lie that they are all trump supporters would be exposed. This would only strengthen the notion of fraud with the public. It would backfire massively.

Then could they not be sued for not enforcing rule of law?

I doubt it because the police in Portland have never been sued successfully for not enforcing the law by not protecting business and property and lives. But who knows with the state of the justice system today. Anything is possible. But if they tried it, it would be another stupid move that would backfire.
