I've been in contact with a military friend, he is as clueless as we are, but he thinks the insurrection act has already been signed, they just aren't acting on it yet, but he told me something I cannot confirm, he claims if it has been signed, the inauguration would be delayed 90 days. Can anyone confirm this? He also warned me to prepare for blackouts and messages through the EBS, I stupidly asked how that would work without power and he told me, keep your phone charged. I personally have given up hope, but I swear this is what I was told, just sharing it with you.

Fake news. I’ve been researching the IA and one of the requirements is that it be publicly announced. So truly sorry to burst everyone’s bubble, but we would know about it if it were invoked, because publication is a prerequisite to it happening. I want IA more than anything right now :(
Cannot confirm anything in the act about the 90-day inauguration postponement. You also don't sign it. It was signed into law once, and is invoked in order to be used.
