So true. Trump exposed them all. Even now, this charade, is exposing the ridiculousness of it all. There is no honor here, no application of law - it is all political theater.

To be honest it's not really clear what could happen after inauguration. Say the SCOTUS rules that the election and subsequent Congressional vote were unconstitutional (which they won't because they're cowards, but for the sake of argument bear with it). What would happen? Impeachment? A do-over of the election? Trump inauguration? Who knows? Seems like uncharted territory.

"They won't rule in his favor"

They won't rule in our favor. That's what's going on here. They will rule in favor of the deep state. The Supreme Court is just as broken as the rest of it.

The thought occurred to me that they might not interfere in an election process involving the President who appointed them (the 3) out of respect for optics / court reputation. But that the situation might be different once the full election process has actually been carried out. The weight of the threat of collusion between them would be lighter, it would seem less serious or less likely. Of course, other things will now prevail against them ruling for Trump at that point, but it's an interesting thing to mull over.

Bull Moose.

No, not Bull Moose. The bull Moose Party split the Republicans and handed the election to Wilson.
