The Courts have made their position clear, anything Dems want they get, Republicans don't get due process.

The Supreme Court saved Bush because he was an establishment pawn. Trump didn't pay his dues to the ruling class, so that's why the Supreme Court didn't help him.

2000 was different factions in the Deep State against each other. Which is why things were settled with the courts. Otherwise if you're not part of the Illuminati circle-jerk you don't even get the appearance of rule of law.
