Am I the only one who noticed? Ken Matthews. I think, was covering for Rush today. About the mid point he stopped to let some woman in the studio speak and before she started I heard the familiar chimp cackle and the lady voice say "the Joe-...' before they cut it off. Did anyone else notice this?
