The house does the impeachment. That said it would take all members of the Senate to vote to end the recess to oust Trump before JAN 21ST. All it takes is one Senator to say no and they will not be able to impeach Trump.

Yeah Mitch is in the House and a lot more House republicans are saying they are on board. I thought Senate only needed 2/3rd vote?
