That said it would take all members of the Senate to vote to end the recess to oust Trump before JAN 21ST. The house does the impeachment. That said it would take all members of the Senate to vote to end the recess to oust Trump before JAN 21ST. All it takes is one Senator to say no and they will not be able to impeach Trump.
