Is it not how Demonrats do it? And now left can go to court with they evidences that its not truth. That's what they did in November, just declare victory. Trump could make so much problems for them if he wanted, but he's not doing it because he won.

Not really about wining just wasting time and ignoring evidence. That's what democrats did.
There was no finding of fact or examination of evidence. In most cases, suits were summarily dismissed or not heard at all. Maybe it turned out the way you were told to root for, but the legal channels were all sidestepped.
