I don’t know what that means, there’s a live Italian Air Force plane flying from Oklahoma City to Europe right now.

The plane came yesterday after stopping through Andrews AFB, it’s all on flight aware. That’s all I can tell you.

Open Skies Treaty allowed for Nations to over-fly one another as a sign of cooperation in observing military movements, etc.

Trump pulled us out of the treaty a while back.

Sorry, it’s in the link....1443, I believe the flight from Italy to Andrews to Oklahoma City was flight 1438, also seems an interesting time
