MyfitnessPal

I use it to keep track of my calories intake. Thousands of brand name items are on and you just gotta be honest about portion size. They will then calculate what you eat each day and tell you how much will weigh in the future.

It also works with popular brands of sports watches, keeping track of your workouts and calories burned. Its also free. I've lost roughly 100 lbs in the past 4 months with this app and a fitness watch -- plus a fuck load of motivation

Iraq is less than 100 years old. No one was ever an “Iraqi” prior to its creation. The British created it and mixed 4 different groups into. All Assyrians (100% Christians) have been fleeing since. Sadly there’s less than 50,000 total remaining in the whole country. There are more than Assyrians in Chicago and Detroit (250,000) than in all Iraq. 2 ran as republicans in the last race; Sargis Sangari and Eric Esshaki

I like FitNotes. I have been through Jeffit and Simple Workout log. You can also try https://strengthlevel.com, not sure if they have a mobile app but its good for overall measuring progress in the long run, Iike to use FitNotes and then strengthlevel every 6 months or so for an overall snapshot of progress.
