Ya’ll are like family... Not sure who else to ask. Anybody recommend any apps that track set weight and rep quantity for different exercises

I like FitNotes. I have been through Jeffit and Simple Workout log. You can also try https://strengthlevel.com, not sure if they have a mobile app but its good for overall measuring progress in the long run, Iike to use FitNotes and then strengthlevel every 6 months or so for an overall snapshot of progress.

Thank you! I used to have an Android an lived using fitnotes back in the day. I didn’t recognize it in the apple market until you mentioned it. Thanks again, this is honestly what I was locking for
