I'm running out of hopium but this was my first thought after reading his letter on why he wasn't going to interfere in the count. Look who exposed themselves as traitors right afterwards that many thought were solid Trump supporters. Look how McConnel has finally taken off his mask. Pray that the military is still on Trumps side because if they are also corrupt then if biden really does get in we are screwed. If biden is allowed to take office but the military is not corrupt then nearly all the damage he does can be reversed because to really enforce their plans to take over the country would involve a military actively ready to toss out the constitution and let the commies win. I cannot in any universe see that happening.
I have a few friends in the military (2 marine corp/3 army). They are PISSED about the FRAUD & COUP. A majority of military is MAGA! This I do know. Gives me hope.
That's not true. They can (and indeed must) ignore any unconstitutional order. That's up to the judgment of the commanders. They hate Trump so you can imagine how they'll decide. What's Trump going to do if they refuse? Take it to the Courts or Congress? HA.

It would be a lawful order (aside from the fact Uncle Sniffy isn't actually the true President of this Republic, but since most of Congress were fraudulently elected, the point is, sadly, moot).

The Generals are usually deep state hacks, but the majority of Cols and Staff Officers are generally based.
There's no need for Biden to use the IA as the IA only remedies the law not being enforced as seen by Biden. So unless the police and courts turn on Biden, or insurgents overwhelm the police and the courts, there's no need for him to do anything.
You'd need to clear decks at least down to and including O-6. And be looking very carefully at O-5.
If you really wanted a mutiny, just arrest all the E-4s. Pretty sure they all have something on their pers files that would justify arrest and court martial.

Anyone who has made a career of the military is too used to the big defense contractor kickbacks and the US super-cop koolaid.
