That's not how the IA works. You pedes need to wake up already. You invoke the IA, not sign it, and it's extremely limited in it's scope. You need a ongoing rebellion going on to do it, and the only ongoing rebellion going on is in Portland, and NYC if antifa is still chimping out.

What's happening now is disgusting, but it's 100% legal per the rules of the Congress and the Constitution. And the IA has no authority over it.

If rules would still matter, half of PA votes would have been thrown away because they violated their own constitution.

Just need to play by the Alinsky rules and make the left live by their own rules. Fraud is legal now. Every single person here needs to volunteer to be a poll worker, a ballot counter, or an election board member. We need to be part of the system to stop enemy cheating or at least make sure we're cheating just as much.

Trump won PA by a landslide, ask anyone who lives there.

This is true. Sadly, the world will never know the truth.

They might've been if the law was challenged at the time it was instituted rather than post-election. A lot of what happened in the 2020 election is attributable to bad lawfare.

Plus the military would just tell you to fuck off if you tried to use the IA in that way.

Yep. If the House barricaded themselves into the chamber and refused to acknowledge the winner of an election, you might have a case for using the IA.

That's what they did on the night of January 6th. Trump won and they refused to acknowledge him as the winner.

Insurrection Act now!

Is not a coup technically a rebellion?

FireannDireach 4 points ago +4 / -0

Coup is a specific term for using the military. Rebellion is us.

What about knowingly approving electors that only got that way due to cheating with foreign interference -- and you knew that at the time?

Yeah it's getting really annoying that there's literally nothing we can do when our entire system is compromised.

lol the IA is going to be used against us like six seconds after Biden walks into the Oval Office.

So the certifying of the fraudulent election thus committing treason isnt “rebellion”?
