TL;dr The real difference being if you apply the finiest Atheist comb to Christianity, nobody cuts your head off. But at least I can verify that Jesus existed from Roman sources. Islam emerges out of a shadow of swords, birthed in a historical mystery much like nearly every ancient religion.
