Now it would cause a massive political crisis, but as a legal matter, it appears the election is over (unless someone is able to push the point that VP Pence did not actually count the votes correctly).
I don't think this is quite accurate since proof of a fraudulent election could be brought to courts and legislative bodies that have the power to change things. Whether that would mean some sort of special declaration or impeachment or a re-election or whatever I have no idea. More likely, nothing at all. But I do think there are pathways to remedy a stolen election if it is demonstrated convincingly enough to the right people or enough people.

Really, the only way would be for the American public to understand about the fraud and then vote in enough Republicans (not RINOS) who would impeach and remove Biden and Harris. It might still be difficult to do, because you would have to prove that they knew and were in on the fraud.
SCOTUS could hear what would be the equivalent of an "election contest" and rule their vote unconstitutional. The problem then would be whether Congress would even care. And of course the first problem is I very much doubt that SCOTUS would do such a thing even if proof were patently obvious and clear to everyone.
