No, the vote was certified by State Governments and Congress.

Now it would cause a massive political crisis, but as a legal matter, it appears the election is over (unless someone is able to push the point that VP Pence did not actually count the votes correctly).

I don't think this is quite accurate since proof of a fraudulent election could be brought to courts and legislative bodies that have the power to change things. Whether that would mean some sort of special declaration or impeachment or a re-election or whatever I have no idea. More likely, nothing at all. But I do think there are pathways to remedy a stolen election if it is demonstrated convincingly enough to the right people or enough people.

exactly, I'm kind of baffled when people say the moment the votes are certified or Biden is sworn there is literaly nothing that could change the course of things

elec votes were supposed to be counted by 1/6 but they didn't finish til 1/7
