Not common but I did know someone in high school ages ago who took their life with a shotgun to the chest. Quite tragic.

The HBO documentary "autopsies" also talked about it. Its a "phenomenon" as to why women care about there looks even in death. Also women usually choose fatal overdoses or other non violent forms of suicide.
That was my first thought in response to the above post. Women will do pills. Less likely to have access to a gun and it's less violent.

This guy was arrested for being out past the curfew. I think he was just on the Capitol grounds after 6pm curfew. Capitol police only gave a few orders to leave and just a minute or so apart, then arrested him.
Guy worked for a local bank. I would imagine he saw possibly losing his job or having his family harrassed for his political beliefs seeing as how drive bys blast all the names of photographed participating or arrested.
Don't know for sure that was the reason but I would bet this poor soul had no ill intentions towards harming "government officials ".
Casualties of attending the event due to media exposure that some people are in fear of repercussions when they didn't do a damn thing but Express support and patriotism by attending.

There are those who would understand what you’re dealing with. Yes, your details are yours and may not line up 💯% with someone else, but that’s true with everything. Your life matters and the difference you can make can only be made by YOU. Suicide is a permanent “solution” to temporary problems.
