I've been on for over 12 years, my tight list of friends was predominantly family and I used it to keep far flung aunties and cousins up to date with kid pics. Not gonna lie, as someone who is basically a normie, losing it feels bad - it was a dozen years of birth announcements, birthday well wishes, family trips and, uh, baked goods (yeah, I'm one of those people).

BUT the deed is done, and was past due in the doing. If you're holding on, it's time to let go.

Facebook - gone Amazon prime - cancelled Chrome - replaced with Brave/DDG

All that's left is to liberate three years of pics from Google photos.
