Sure but the judiciary is corrupt, maybe he will get very lucky and get one of the tiny number of non-corrupt judges?
This shit is ridiculous, Trump did everything by the book and was lied about and smeared because the deep state couldn't work him like a puppet like all the others in the past few decades.
This really is like how they treated the Jews in Nazi Germany.
If you get a true judge and not one of the compromised liberal judges. Look at our poor president they will not even look at the evidence. I can totally see the judge throw it our saying that he was on probation for the first 90 days.
God please help this man and let justice be served.
"Right to work" means union membership is not required as a condition of employment. At least in VA. I believe a private employer can fire you for almost any reason they want.
We have been told by the company's lawyers (I'm an engineer), that we were never, well almost never, to give a reason for termination to avoid lawsuits.

Maybe he needed to file the lawsuit before he was fired?

Not if it is a right to work state unfortunately.
Right to work means they can fire you for no reason, not any reason. As to the laws in that particular state, I have no idea.
