I'm just wondering if Trump is having to make concessions with wary Generals, and the exchange might be something like installing Pence (because the left hates him much less than Trump)...for doing a little military led swamp draining.

I could see him ending with a swamp draining bang and then riding off into the sunset to relax his final years away from these creatures. Also just watched some random dude (in front of tent) claiming he had inside information and that "it's not all bad" what he's hearing. Which isn't exactly "all good" either.

Sorry...my comments are scattered throughout unorganized so to summarize:

1. I can't wrap my head around the military handing the country over to China, even if there is lots of corruption in that part of our government too.
2. Trump is a fighter but these constant attacks for four years have got to be getting to him and his family.

I hadn't seen any scenario where Trump would be available to run in 2024.
