I was trying to research on what Hammer and Scorecard is? I see it as an illegal software used for vote switching. I've also seen several people talk about Hammer and Scorecard system being used in this election.

What is Hammer and Scorecard and do you guys think it was used in this election to steal from the American People who obviously re elected Trump in a landslide? Or does the theft go back to Italygate that I see circulating?
Brennan found out about Hammer and Scorecard in Obama’s first session. Hammer breaks down firewalls. Scorecard is the vote flipping software. It was a CIA weapon used to influence FOREIGN ELECTIONS. Then around 2012 election someone (probably Obama) tried using it in US ELECTIONS - this is what the NSA picked up and have been monitoring ever since. Hammer was subsequently used to spy on US citizens and on Trump. It is believed that this software is what was sent over military links to the US Embassy in Rome in preparation for use in the November 3rd election - currently being pursued by Italian courts. US planes paid v. recent visit to Italy - possibly to pick up Steve Severini and the original election results before the votes were manipulated.
