reading a small Minneapolis newspaper they posted the voting tallies for the state. in 20 counties there was over 200% turnout, and another dozen counties were over 100%. Even considering same-day registration the numbers aren't anywhere close to making sense, and I have yet to hear ANY attempt at explaining that.
