The guy who got fired isn't crying about it. Another guy wrote about it, and this guy id'd himself as the guy. He wasn't speaking up to cry, but rather to tell the rest of the story - to out the offenders (the company that fired him and the NHL team).
I saw that someone from CloutHub asked him to contact the founder. I think there are orgs that will snap up a guy like that. Smart to go public with it, rather than hide.

Lawsuit in cases like this are ment to discourage the behavior by companies and we should have a foundation that would handle cases like this.
