Which bit was ambiguous to you? This bit?

"On January 20, 2021, in accordance with the Constitution, confirmed by the states and the courts, and certified by Congress, President-elect Biden will be inaugurated and will become our 46th Commander in Chief."

No, not that. That’s a simple statement which their audience already believes to be true. If interpreted with what I found to be ambiguous then it could very well be said just to keep them off guard about what’s coming.

Rather, the bit about “we witnessed actions inside the Capitol”. It doesn’t clarify what actions, so you’re free to assume whichever events happened.

Then we have the bit after that about embodying the ideals and the Constitution. They seem to be saying they will act accordingly with the Constitution and their duty. To the audience it could sound like “yep you can rely on us boss” but the other way could be “we will do our duty, and if someone committed an act, we will pursue justice/whatever”.

The next bit, about certifying. We know the certification was not kosher with states still in contention. So this bit can be tossed out as filler.

Then we come to the “be ready” bit at the end which really tops it off for me as far as hinting at an ambiguous meaning. “Be focused on the mission”.

I know, it’s hopium but it just popped out at me while reading it.

No, not long at all. One way or another there’s going to be a lot of unhappy people. Either way.
