Due to land borders formed by the above states, these states are automatically included but citizens need to relocate: South Carolina, Utah, Indiana, and West Virginia
ALL other US states will form a new border with Canada and become the USC - The United States of China (Flag can be seen in my other post)
Don’t leave out West Virginia
I didn't. Check my comment : )
Texas is with you - we are building our own independent state counsel and want to meet with delegates from Louisana soon to work together.

West Virginia? South Carolina? North Carolina? Tennessee?
I included all those except for North Carolina because they didn't join the Texas lawsuit and I'm trying to imagine what land borders would look like.
Idaho?
They also didn't join the Texas lawsuit and again I'm trying to make it make sense as a united land mass anyway.
