People think I'm nuts because it's not worth it to me but that place is seriously fucked up
FB is designed to cause depression. Cause then you spend more time on it and buy more junk.
My brother got hit by some identity theft scam on facebook years ago and that gave the me the motivation to delete it. I've been completely off all social media for a little over a year now (unless you count here) and don't regret it a bit.
I dumped FB about 10 years ago after I asked myself, "what good has even happened in my life because of facebook" and I couldn't come up with one answer.
We cancelled the cancellor before cancel culture was cool.

When I figured out most of the ads were literally scams and face book was cool with their people being robbed continually, I’d had it. I know when my friend started suit posting masks he got ad targeted hard core nasty by fb. I was wondering if they were attempting to entrap him by saying he looked at the ad content. (Gay porn and large womens bums for start) Vicious nasty controlling devils. I enjoy life so much more without it.
