He never conceded. Listen to the words He's used specifically. More importantly listen to what is never said. He never welcomes an incoming Biden administration He says the next administration. He's talking about himself. It would be the easiest thing to say I congratulate Joe Biden on his win and look forward to transitioning into his presidency or something to that effect which is never been said by Trump.

In his speech today, he specifically mentioned the "Biden administration" by name. He called for healing and unity. He never once even spoke out against the steal or called people to stand up or fight like he did before.
He asked the next administration to please not tear down his wall.
He's thrown in the towel. Trump doesn't need to specifically say the words "I concede" and "congratulations Biden" to give up or concede. Even his State Dept released a statement saying the transition to a BIDEN ADMINISTRATION will be finalized on the 20th.
You just misrepresented and manipulated several things within that speech that are wholesale wrong. You're taking what you heard and what you perceived and putting it down the way you remember.
I listen to the exact same speech 3 times And my takeaway was completely different because of what Trump explicitly avoided saying and his wording.
